The UAE Sailing & Rowing Federation has been established by H.E. Abdurrahman Bin Mohammed Al-Owais - Minister of Culture, Youth and Community Development - Chairman of General Authority of Youth & Sports Welfare. Decision No (9) dated 21/01/2009. The Federation, chaired by Sheikh Khaled Zayed Saqr Al-Nehayan.
